Ontario is a small quiet community for the most part. There is not a whole lot to do. Most places close at 10 pm, most of which are doctors offices or small shops and restaurants. THere is a lack of decent jobs. Most are entry level customer service. There is one community college that isn't worth going to, I would like to see better secondary schooling options. The closest 4-year school is Boise State University, however, the out of state tuition doesn't make the degree worth it. However if you already possess an education and a job with a good company it is a nice quiet area to raise kids.

Ontario is a very small town, and I would love to see a change in the way the community looks at the youth and recreational activities around the town. The town is very welcoming and has a good school district.
It may look and smell like a old town, but you have to look closer because everyone is friendly if you're in the right neighborhood. I haven't spent a year here yet, but I do know that a majority of the town is neighborhoods connected to farmland and it's easy to navigate.
