Olive Branch is a safe city to live in. It is family friendly, especially for family who are looking to have stable home, and stable lifestyle. There are accessible gyms, restaurants, stores, hospitals, etc for everyone. More people are coming into Desoto County more than ever. The downfall is that the construction is quite slow, and not many buildings are being built at a constant rate.
Olive Branch is a great town for people of all ages. There is an ice rink, movie theatres, and full of places to eat. It is a safe place to raise children. The schools are amazing and care about their students. I wouldn't have rather raise my children anywhere else!
Beautiful, peaceful town. Everything you need is within the city's borders. The police are super friendly and keep you feeling safe.
Olive Branch (or OB as the locals tend to call it) is a small town with big opportunities. The quaint ‘old town’ which features small local shops and the Westin House (the house of the first mayor of Olive Branch) can be fun to explore but is conveniently 5 minutes from Walmart, Kroger, Chick-fil-a, etc. The local park has tennis courts, baseball and football fields, kids playground, easy ‘hike’, ponds, and a dog park.
Olive Branch is great community to raise a family in. The public schools are great here. It starting to become more diverse because everyone trying to move here. There are still bias people here, but overall it is good community.
Olive Branch is a great area to live in. Me and my son live here with my grandparents. The schools are wonderful. Nights are peaceful. We reside in Windstone neighborhood. Our subdivision has two swimming pools, 2 lakes, and sidewalks. We also have access to a small variety of books for free, but if you take one then you have to leave one. If you were to visit our neighborhood, you would instantly notice how active the community is. I believe that living in an active community such as Windstone in Olive Branch is a great way to raise your family. When I graduate from nursing school, I plan on buying a house in Olive Branch for many reasons. There are several job opportunities for those of different age groups. Some people may differ from my opinions, but if you want to live somewhere that has great schools, is safe, family-friendly, affordable, has diversity, and many opportunities to grow within the community then I would recommend living in Olive Branch!
I love living in Olive Branch. It is a top notch town with an absolute superb southern hospitality vibe. It is a beautiful community with many resources and many shopping venues.
Olive Branch is a very safe and quiet family-friendly place to live. There is a lot of shopping and food nearby and the schools are great!
Olive Branch has great restaurants, schools, hospitals, and anything else you can think of! The community is great as everyone is willing to help out when needed. The neighborhoods are perfectly safe to start a family and will ensure a happy life in Mississippi!
I like that it's quiet but still has some city features. It's a growing city. People are really nice. It has great public schools. The housing is affordable.
I have lived here for about a year and it has it's pros and cons. The schools are good and the neighborhoods are nice. However, there isn't a lot of stuff to do in Olive Branch and the most convenient places you would want to go are 20+ minutes away.
Olive Branch is the epitome of the word “medium.” It has a population of about 30,000, two school districts, several neighbourhoods, and enough shops to supply the town. There aren’t too many things to do besides drive around until you run out of gas or maybe visit the movie theatre, but it’s a humble place to grow up. There aren’t many problems in the community other than the lack of funds for schooling and expansion, but we get by alright. There’s a lot of room for improvement, but it’s a good place when it comes to inspiring people to think and achieve bigger.
I absolutely love living Olive Branch! I have been here for two years and I have yet to meet one rude person, not kidding! It has everything you could possibly need or want within about 5-10 miles from anywhere in the city!
Olive Branch is a nice place to live for older people, but teenagers here are more prone to get bored and search for other things to do for fun. It's not a fun place to raise a family, but it's pretty simple.
Olive Branch is a pretty good size town in Mississippi. I have grown up here my whole life, and find it to be a very good place to raise a family. There is everything you could ever need from groceries to entertainment.
Olive Branch is a great place to live. Everyone is super nice and very caring. The crime level is low which makes people feel safer. They have a lot of opportunities for jobs and kids. The only bad thing about Olive Branch is they don’t have many fun things for teens to do. Overall that doesn’t change how I feel about my city.
I’ve been living in Olive Branch since I was born and it’s truly been an amazing roller coaster of emotions. It’s a great place to meet nice and happy people. Everybody here is great when it comes to getting to know others. However if there was one thing I would change it would be we need to be more communal and do more things for our community
