it is a small hippy town surrounded by mountains and nature. None of the buildings is higher than 1 floor. People here love vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free food and are really into healthy stuff like yoga. The population is mostly white. The restaurants are fine, but my friends and I usually drive to Ventura or Oxnard to hang out. The fancy restaurants are better than other places though. Ventura and Oxnard are kind of close from here, like 20~30 minutes away from here. The shops here sell handmade souvenirs; the grocery stores and farmers market only sell organics, so everything in Ojai is slightly more expensive than other cities.

Ojai is a small, quiet and peaceful town! The town itself is very nice and I have been able to grow up here and enjoyed every minute of it. Of course, because it is so small, there isn't much activity. The town is so quiet and peaceful that it makes up for it.
Ojai is a wonderful little town. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and nobody does not say hello to you. The shops are quaint and there is such a vast and rich history to this town from native americans, to germans settling it. It is a town everyone must visit at least once in there lives for a peaceful and tranquil time.
