Ohioville Reviews

Ohioville Borough is a rural community in Western PA near the Ohio border. I have lived here all my life and love the small friendly community. The one thing that I like most is that I live within an hour drive, or less, from larger towns and the city of Pittsburgh were there is more opportunities for shopping, dining, entertainment and cultural activities. I can do my farm chores in the morning and at night go to a hockey game! (I have actually done this). I enjoy the slower pace of everyday life in Ohioville and hope to live in a community like this one day when I have my Veterinary degree!

Ohioville is a very nice, typically quiet area to live in. While we love it here, there are some things that we believe could be improved on. The police force in this area are known for being overpowering. They are known for having poor attitudes and abusing their power as well. Additionally, taxes and the cost of living in this area can sometimes be a bit much. Aside from that, it is a great area with low crimes and great schools. A great place to raise a family for sure.
