Schools are great, smaller and newer, country setting, close to Pittsburgh, good interstate access, reasonable wage tax. Property taxes are assessed too high, 55+ communities available but pricey.

Overall, this area seems to lack a diverse culture which leads to less diversity and inclusion for people not from this area. In addition, it lacks the foundation to provide children with experiences of diversity so they are prepared when they move on to college or other parts of the world.
The ease of getting the the city, to malls and lots of major attractions while living in this small community is what I like most.
