From my experience living in this small town in Delaware, I've noticed multiple aspects that yield to positive results. The local schools are all excellent, friends are easy to create as students welcome new kids, and knowing that you are five minutes at the beach it's like a vacation all year round.

I like that I am close to all the Beaches and get to see beautiful sunsets. I also love the fact that there are no trains it sirens coming home n and out ,no crowded housing which would take up the great green grass I have surrounding my home.
I love it in Ocean View. I visited in the summer of 2015 and fell in love with it. It's close to the beach but not as crazy as Ocean City Maryland, which is only 30 minutes away. It's beautiful and everyone here is so nice.
