Oakley has been my home my entire life and I would not want to live anywhere else. The Oakley community is an amazing place for families and I feel welcomed by my neighbors. It is super diverse. All my neighbors come from different ethnicity, which shows that Oakley is totally welcoming all people. I would like for Oakley to build another high school because I feel that the population is increasing too quickly and schools are overpopulated. Being a well diverse city, I feel that Oakley should also include more community events that celebrates all the cultures we have to show the county how welcoming we truly are.

Friendly Neighborhoods, clean air, quiet nights. Affordable living with close access to freeways. Some night life but quiet for the most part. Love living here!
I just bought my first house in Oakley. The schools are great and our neighborhood is family friendly and safe. The commute to work is a bit rough on Highway 4, but it's worth it to live in a safe, affordable place. It's close to the Delta, for boating during the summer. There's some good restaurants nearby, and lot's of shopping! We love it so far.
