I love this town. This town is so close to the bay and near the ocean. So you get the best of both worlds. You have the local ice palace and the little nook which is this little cozy cafe kind of business. Oakdale has this park called byron lake park which is a great place to go swimming in the summer or go bike riding around the pond in the winter. Along with all these example of what makes Oakdale awesome another example is the local train station. The train station is located in the middle of the town and is great for a friday night concert in New York city.

Oakdale is a friendly and beautiful place. People have been overall friendly and the food is amazing. The housing here however is very expensive.
I would like to see more nightlife here. It is definitely family friendly, but a little bland all together.
