Northport Reviews

Northport is an extraordinary town, and one of the main reasons for this is the pristine beach that runs along its coast. The beach is a true gem, with its soft sand and crystal clear waters inviting visitors to come and soak up the sun. But there's more to the beach than just its beautiful scenery. It's a place where people can come together, relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Whether you want to swim, surf, play beach volleyball, or take a leisurely stroll, the beach has something for everyone.
But the beach is just one of the many reasons why Northport is such a great town. The community here is friendly and welcoming, with a strong sense of togetherness that is hard to find these days. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants to explore, each with its own unique character and charm. And if you're looking for something a little more adventurous, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, from hiking and biking to kayaking and fishing.

Northport is a very small town at the tip of the lower peninsula’s pinkie. Overall very safe small community that is a tourist town in the summer and has a lot of wealthy vacation homes. Houses can be really pricey because of this. It has one school that I went to for my elementary years and it was quite literally the worst school. Multiple student were able to bully anyone because their parents were part of the local Native American tribe, they had no consequences and I’m quite glad i switched to the school the next town over. The area is predominantly white and most of the Native American people are only there for the school. A lot of businesses are randomly closed because they don’t have enough workers. It’s the kind of place where you would take your family for a summer break, see the sights, get frustrated at the resturants open/close schedule, and find a different location for next year. You’ll have fun you just won’t want to do it again.
Northport is a great community to grow up in. Not only do you get support from your family and friends, but the entire community as a whole. We are known as the small town with the big heart, and that could not be more true. Every time I go for a drive, a walk, a jog... anything, I am constantly stunned by nature’s beauty. It’s an amazing place to retire, and it’s an amazing setting to grow up in. I had a childhood like any other thanks to you, Northport
