The overall job outlook in the La Salle - Peru is grim, there many factory job and few doctors. That being said there many people who do very well in this area. Those people have considerable more education though. To sum this area up, you can find a job but not a career.

The only weather issues we have here are tornadoes and serve thunder storms that roll through, but you get use to them and there are not a big issue.
Occasionally there is a car theft or slashed tires, but gun violence or homicides do not occur here.
