A very quiet place with many shopping options around. The commute to Salt Lake City is only around 10-15 minutes. my family didn't want to be in the middle of all the action in downtown since we appreciate our quite time, but at the same time we don't like the big commutes. North Salt Like is the perfect place to be close enough to downtown. I've been living here for almost a year now. I love it!

Growing up in NSL, it was incredible! I still love where I am but as all this building on the west side has happened, it has brought crime and caused problems. The houses on the west side are cheap cookie cutter homes while the east side is gorgeous, well built, custom homes. The crime on the east side is virtually non existent. Anyone looking for a place to move, NSL is incredible! I wouldn’t have wanted to grow up anywhere else. Just make sure to buy on the east side so your house has value and is built to last.
North Salt Lake is one of the nicest cities in Utah. Its focus on safety, family, and incredible views make it one of Utah's most desirable living spaces. It is no surprise the real-estate market in the area is sky-rocketing! The opportunities in the city are great, and for those who love outdoor hiking and stunning views it is a must (might I also mention the quick 5-10 minute commute to the inner city as well). Really the only thing this city seems to lack is diversity, although it has improved somewhat in the past 5 years.
