North Olmsted is a safe and quiet city. I'm glad I had the chance to grow up here. There are many places for entertainment and fun. North Olmsted has a rec center with an ice skating rink, swimming pool, skate park, and indoor tennis courts as well as a workout gym. North Olmsted also has many shopping centers including a mall with a movie theater. There is a bowling ally as well as a big park with 4 or 5 baseball fields, a football field, and an outdoor basketball court. There is also many places to eat around here. North Olmsted has most of the fast food chain restaurants and many family owned restaurants and diners. There are also bigger chain grocery stores such as Giant Eagle and Wal-Mart but there is also smaller family owned grocery stores such as Olive Tree and Ya Hala which are both Mediterranean. North Olmsted is in a great location where it is easily accessible to two major highways that both connect to downtown Cleveland.

I have lived in the city of North Olmsted my whole life. My parents were both born and raised in the city. If you didnt want to live the city for a whole month (if your job and family allowed it), you would never get bored. Every neighborhood is filled with some sort of park or play ground, for adults various bike paths and scenic routes. Their is plenty of fun delicious restaurants and shopping around the city. The furthest points are only 15 minutes max apart. This allows for great community environment.
I love north olmsted but the property taxes are too high. There are a lot of businesses and a lot of job opportunities, its near the highway. The school system is really good, especially the k-12. They are always trying to make changes and add new things and buildings to make the city better. The city is really nice and diverse for the most part and there’s a lot of younger, middle age and older people here.
