The neighborhood is great, though the school district is not what it was when I moved here 20 years ago, it is still a good district. We are close to the beach, highways and yet a very nice community. The cost of living is on the higher end, but the pay scale is also higher, so it basically balances out. Hard for the younger generation to live here unless they have a good secure job with decent income.

Generally, it's a safe neighborhood. But every so often, a car or a house would get burglarized.
There is a lot to love about this town. However, herione is becoming a bigger and bigger problem
