It is a very nice place to live. How’s from quiet in the winter time to busy during the summer (tourist town). Although I would recommend Cape May island over North Cape May, if money is an issue I would go with ncm, Cape May is extremely expensive. Places such as the villas could be family safer, as they are not very right now.

If anything does happen the police are they right away. There are street lights everywhere and I feel safe walking alone at night
The neighborhood is very safe and it is rare for crime to occur. The schools are amazing and they have wonderful music programs
