North Branch Township Reviews
North Branch is a small town, and with it comes small minded people. Sadly, that is the biggest drawback of the community. On the surface, it's an adorable little town. You may even assume we have a friendly tight-knit community. But that only goes for some. The town and school system are both rigorously run by town natives. Basically, if you want things to go your way, you simply need to have a certain last name. There are a certain few infamous families that have taken it upon themselves to decide how the town and things in it should be run. North Branch is a nice town, but it is in need of some serious upgrades. Also, the township took a vote and although marijuana is legal in the state of Michigan, it is not in North Branch. However, if you like farms, rolling fields, and wildly conservative people, you might just love it here.
North Branch is a small but friendly farming community. The village is fairly small and does not offer much. There are a handful of restaurants and bars. The commute to any other city is easily 30 minutes. On the other side, the school district is small but well known for excellence. If you like country living, then this place would make an excellent home.
They have a great bakery and bar. They have a dollar store and a bank. Most people come and go who change residence to North Branch and their constantly are young people here looking for houses. Some of the houses are nice, but most are small. A lousy public school.
