Not a bad city, not a great city. I live here because I go to school and work here full time. There are plenty of job opportunities that I’m aware of. I see signs on businesses and flyers. My school, University of Missouri- Saint Louis is diverse. It’s a commenter school so it brings in all different backgrounds and cultures. Outside of school I do not think it’s as diverse. The neighborhood is dangerous at times, but my area seems okay for the most part. I do not know about public schools and or night life. But I know, many people raise their kids in this area and they seem to have a pretty good lifestyle. Everything is affordable, well that is your basic needs.

My experience in this city has been very poor. The last city I stayed in the kids where able to go outside a play and enjoy life, as for in Normandy everybody is more to there self and scared to go outside mainly because of the lack of a police presence. Also the police in this area have a reputation of being rude I’ve personally encountered them and agree with this. Another thing about the city of Normandy is there isn’t any restrictions on littering cops see people litter and ride right pass as if it’s ok. This city should adopt the same concept as other cleaner city’s of no littering allowed by giving out fines to anyone caught littering.
