Nichols Hills is a small, tight-knit community with friendly, caring people. Nichols Hills is small, yet growing. The future of Nichols Hills is bright, particularly with all the new developments such as the Triangle, Nichols Hills Plaza, and Classen Curve. The city is clean and beautiful with large trees and old homes. There are large parks and a good elementary school, making Nichols Hills an ideal family neighborhood.
Housing quality in Nichols Hills is second to none in Oklahoma City. The homes are well kept, beautiful, and on large lots. There are little to no vacant or abandoned properties.
