I moved to Newcomerstown when I was in the third grade. Being a senior now, I have seen such a difference within the school and even the neighborhood. We've had a few bad accidents happen around town and I believe it has made the entire community stronger and closer together. The town is small, but the hearts of the people that live here, are huge.
Small town where kids can play outside safely and is friendly. Has a nice walking trail and local buisnesses.
I grew up in Newcomerstown. It's a small town where everyone knows everybody. The neighbourhood is very safe and affordable.
