I love New Smyrna Beach! I'm lucky to call such a tourist destination home, but to me its more of a cozy little beach town. Lovely family run restaurants and shops you get to know the faces of the locals. Everyone always has a smile on their face as they're headed to the beach. This town will always hold a special place in my heart as i'm sure it does for the many of people who visit it every year.

I've lived in New Smyrna Beach for about three years now and I have loved every second. It is a quiet little beach town which happens to be an island in between Daytona Beach and the Canaveral National Seashore. Since the town is so small, the community is very close and tight knit. Everybody knows everybody from either school, surfing, fishing, or being a part of the community efforts to keep the beaches clean. The overall feeling you get when you come into this town is positivity which is what draws me to stay in this town. I love the vibe here and the constant beach atmosphere and sunshine keeps everyone smiling and having a good time and I love it.
I love New Smyrna Beach! It is the perfect southern beach town, also famous for being the "Shark Bite Capital of the World". There are lots of historical sites, nearby theme parks, an awesome farmer's market, and lively nightlife(on Flagler Avenue). Year round Summer is no joke, the locals live in flip flops and we love it! There are always events going on and things to do!
