I think that there is a lot of over inflated hype being puffed into this small town. Yah sure they opened a lot of new bars. But big deal. It still is just alcohol, no family oriented businesses, no tourism businesses. It’s pretty much white middle class folks supporting each other’s alcohol habits. The park is a nice upgrade. Tho the presence of NPR police would be nice. I have witnessed some shady characters frequenting. Now the white elephant. That overgrown monstrosity...on the west side of the bridge. Ridiculous money sucking eyesore. It’s been in the makes for better than 10 years. Ridiculous.

Great little small town, definitely up and coming! Cute downtown with a wonderful tea room, gift shops, a couple of new micro breweries and a trendy wine bar. Super downtown park on the river that I is perfect for families.
The city does free concerts in the park year-round and there are lots of other events held there too.
If you look for fault you will find it! No one, no place, no thing is perfect. There’s good and bad people in the best of neighbor hoods. If your coming here to live, your going to live. If your looking to find drugs, you will find drugs.
