I have lived in New Philadelphia my entire life. I enjoy how small it is. Everywhere I go I know someone which I think it cool. It is a really safe community and there is not a lot of crime. Everywhere you go you feel safe because everyone knows everyone in the town. The only problem is there is not a lot to do. I would like to see it develop. New Towne mall does not have a lot of stores. This is one area New Philadelphia could expand in. They could also get more fast food places like Chick-fil-A and a Dunkin Donuts. These would help build the community because more people would stop at the exit while they are traveling by.
The City of New Philadelphia, located in Ohio, overall was a very good place to live and grow up. I spent my whole life in this town and I love it but there are somethings that I would love to see change. Back then people were kind of exceptant of different people of color but then things changed and they did not like it. But it is a nice place but not every city is perfect.
