High cost of living. Absurd tax on vehicles EVERY Year! Poor medical for a lot of insurance policies, one must commute to Danbury a lot to see dr and dentists. Very few quality restaurants. No decent Chinese food! High cost of living, real estate and taxes. Time to move🙂

New Milford is a very scenic town, many great places in town and in surrounding areas to exercise. Doesn't feel like an echo chamber with many people having a large diversity economically as well as politically. I would say one of the better towns in Connecticut in terms of open space, quietness, and people's attitudes towards differing opinions.
New Milford is a wonderful place to live with safe neighborhoods, great schools, and an amazing green with businesses that cater to the public!
