The community itself is very supportive of one another. We have many resources to the public that needs assistance. A lot of private owned businesses are resided here and is very warming to new customers not only within the community but outside of the city as well. There will never be a time that someone will go without waving, smiling or speak to you if they walk by. Members of the community and volunteers do their best to always have future plans to better the community each day.

Very pretty town with historical sites to view. Located by the Mississippi River along the New Madrid Faultline.
General atmosphere is comfortable and will make you feel like home. Due to lack of jobs families are forced to move in order to make a living for their family. If more job resources were available our community would easily pick up and would allow better resources to be brought to our community.
