New Braunfels is a growing town! It has the beautiful Comal river right in the middle of it. Schlitterbahn is a major tourist attraction we have here during the summer months! New Braunfels is right in between San Antonio and Austin so even though we are not a major city, we are just a short drive away. The real estate market is hot right now as so many people from all over want to settle in and plant roots for their family. The people are very nice and we come together as a community.

New Braunfels is a fun little town that is growing quickly. I have lived here my whole life, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. The only downside is having to wait in lines at the tube shoot! There is always something to do and somewhere to be. My family loves going to Landa Park or to Wurstfest to hang out and take in the German culture. It was super fun to be a kid here and I hope that other families choose to raise their kids here too.
New Braunfels is a beautiful place to call home. Currently my wife and I live in the nearby Canyon Lake area. The town is full of beautiful parks, delicious restaurants, and quaint coffee shops. The most memorable time we have had here was at the annual Wassail-fest in December of 2017. We were enjoying the chilly weather as we walked around the downtown square. Most of the local shops were serving fresh hot wassail to all comers! Carolers were singing at the rotunda in the middle of the square. Everyone was bundled up and so happy! The night was completely perfected when snow began to fall throughout town. It genuinely felt like a scene out of a book or movie. It felt like home. If you have never had the opportunity to walk around as Wassail-fest or Wurst-fest, float the Guadalupe or Comal Rivers during the summer, or sip a warm espresso in Green, you are missing our on enjoying this unforgettable town.
