Sadly this town has a lot of history, and could be amazing. Sadly loss of jobs from the new highway diverting tourist past the town rather than through it. Plus the high volume of opium addicts living in the area, has really brought this once great tourist attractions to it's knees. I'd really love to see more businesses start up and a way to attract more people into the town to promote the local businesses that are here.

Nelsonville is a quaint town. They're very proud of their brick roads, though they're rather bumpy to drive on.
It's not the greatest place I have lived but also not the worst. There is not much here in terms of stuff to do. There are good local resturants and a couple fast food places but if you want something to do recreationally then you'll need to drive to it. The Hocking Hills area is very nice but everything has to be driven to. There is a college in town which improves the towns boringness with a music festival but other than that it's a small college town with nothing to do.
