Overall, Navarre is a lovely community, and between the scenic beaches and some astonishing food places in the area, there's always somewhere to go if you're feeling like going out! An extremely safe place for children, and schools that are heavily invested in not only scholarly activities, but also physical, and community aid based organizations! Lots of locally owned businesses, with a few chains thrown in as always, I love it here! Only one small gripe, and that's that highway 98 will likely soon become too small of a main road to supply all of the through traffic between Pensacola, Fort Walton, and Destin, as Navarre sits in the middle of all 3, and is slowly growing to be a fairly sizable town in its own right, the 2 lane highway system will soon need an overhaul.

My overall experience has been amazing! I have lived here for 17 now and love the quick access to Navarre Beach, although I wish there were more restaurant choices available.
I love Navarre! Small beach town with awesome local food eateries and quaint beach spots. The town is located about 20 minutes west of Destin, FL (a large tourist town) which is nice if you want to drive to the tourist area and then return to the peace and quiet area of Navarre.
