I love the community aspect of this neighborhood. The general vibe is really nice and accepting! Everyone who lives here, for the most part, loves to be outside and enjoys each other’s company. Close parks, a river, a spring, and tons of restaurants make this a great place to call home.
I love living in Barton Hill neighborhood, as it's close to the city, but outside of the urban zone, so it still feels a bit like the burbs. The parks in this neighborhood are amazing, and the people are nice. I have moved away from this neighborhood, only to move back after about a year being gone. I haven't traveled much in the US, but this place is great compared neighborhoods in Houston, and San Antonio.
