The safety in my neighborhood is fairly good because of the neighborhood watch minimizing crime, thus less police travel. And also my neighborhood is a small tight-knitted community, but when police is needed their response time is up to par.

Neighbors have a family mentality that helps give the local area a good name, in summer their are a lot of people outside playing
Some vacant houses but not really a problem affecting the community
