We’ve lived here for four years. It’s amazing how much our block has changed even in that short amount of time. People renovating their houses, developers tearing houses down and building two. There are many families, both older and younger. A ton of stuff is opening nearby, great restaurants and coffee shops, gyms and yoga studios. Access to major roads is awesome. If we move, it will be because the public schools (especially middle and high school) aren’t great, and my preference is to go public. But there are great private school options close by, especially for elementary and middle school.

I have never felt threatened or scared in this area before. There is a strong visibility of police in the neighborhood since there have been a few break ins, and they are always patrolling.
I love living in this area and there is no where else i could see growing up in. I would live here again once i graduate. This area is growing immensely and so i see a very large expansion of the area soon.
