What I enjoy about Woodland Hills is that there is everything you may need close by. Additionally, Woodland Hills is very close to neighboring cities so drives aren’t long. However what I most enjoy is that I am close to the beach. The canyon is only ten minuted from my house which makes having beach days easy and convenient! My neighborhood is a quiet one which makes going on walks very enjoyable. Since I live in the hills, there is a hiking trail at the top of my street which is a great place to go and watch the sunset as well as view the city lights later at night. Overall, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

It is a very safe neighborhood full of multiple races and cultures! Many great places to eat and spend time with family. When I was younger, my father and I would always play fuze ball at this pub on Ventura. And my mother and I loved to get late-night frozen yogurt down the street at Menchies! My family feels very safe in this neighborhood and there are so many beautiful sights! There are also many resources and easy drives to other amazing communities! Such as driving to the beach within 10 minutes, or heading over to Universal Studios!
I want to live here so bad! Everytime I’m in this area or go to my friends house in calabasas I just pray to live in Woodland Hills some day. It literally has everything. Unfortunately, way out of my price range. I think this is the best place in the valley. Right now I live in encino which is beautiful as well but not as much going on and not close to the beach. Woodland Hills truely has it all. Prime LA SUBURB
