I just moved here 6 months ago from Southern Orange county. I love this neighborhood, Woodland Hills has the friendliest people and we feel so at home here. There are so many wonderful restaurants great shopping and scenic neighborhoods. We also love the hiking and the Santa Monica mountains and our walks and the dog park! It is such a pleasure living here, we have great neighbors and we are so close to Los Angeles. It definitely has a suburban and urban feel, the best of both worlds.
What I enjoy about Woodland Hills is that there is everything you may need close by. Additionally, Woodland Hills is very close to neighboring cities so drives aren’t long. However what I most enjoy is that I am close to the beach. The canyon is only ten minuted from my house which makes having beach days easy and convenient! My neighborhood is a quiet one which makes going on walks very enjoyable. Since I live in the hills, there is a hiking trail at the top of my street which is a great place to go and watch the sunset as well as view the city lights later at night. Overall, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Fabulous neighborhood. Plenty of trees, excellent schools, people always outside with children and pets walking, playing, gardening. Community of varied ages. Lived here now for 8 years. Love it!
