Homeless are an increasing in numbers problem!
Increasing numbers of “Luxury” Apartment buildings are creating traffic and limited parking for overpopulated apartments seeps into the house neighborhoods making parking a headache! People park by the hundreds in our neighborhood! They do not care if are blocking your driveway and the city police DO NOT respond. There is literally no parking in front of my house and there is nothing I can do to stop it!

Winnetka is a place where memories are made for children and adults making it a neighborhood where anyone can come and live. This neighborhood has many places that are walking distance that helps people get out fo the house and not pollute so much with their cars. There are three local parks that are about a mile away from each other and it is a great way for adults to get active with their kids instead of bing at home with technology all around them. As well, there are many local schools from elementary to high school which makes it effective for parents and transportation to school. The only problem there really is about this neighborhood is the traffic around and the parking from apartment buildings. The traffic mostly happens in the morning when everyone is on their way to work and school.
I have lived in Winnetka, California my entire life and I think it is a great area to live. It is definitely a family friendly area and there is a lot of businesses and stores at a short drive reach. It is very diverse and the community always has a way to speak to one another, now no city is perfect of course there are some areas that aren't too great and there is quite the homeless but that is more of a homeless crisis in Los Angeles itself. The schools here are quite good along with providing excellent education. Houses in the area are starting to raise in price for more then what they really are worth. New luxury homes are unfortunately pushing some people out their homes and many cant afford such high prices which I think is a LA problem. The streets here could be cleaner and can get some help. It would be nice to have this city have a beautification day where the community can help clean it up.
