Westlake Reviews

This location is great for those who work downtown and don't want a long commute. It is close to everything; restaurants, stores, downtown on Seattle waterfront. Not exactly a family neighborhood, more for career oriented singles or couples. Some street noises but nothing too bad.

With all the development going on, there's a lot of new money being put into the neighborhood which I think makes it safer and nicer looking
The average price of a house is over a million and a half dollars in Westlake. A condo maybe one million. Rent is $3,000 for a one bedroom. It is filled with homeless drug addicts. No, Ballard High School is nowhere near Westlake. The dog parks are dangerous with drug addicts and the buses are scary.
