I moved to the west hill neighborhood in October 2018. I love my charming home built in 1919 and the feel of the neighborhood. It’s quiet here and my close neighbors seem to be good down to watch people. What takes getting use to with living anywhere in the city is the foot traffic passing thru your neighborhood. Others then that very pleased

Chester isn't the most liveliest of places, but I feel Widener is trying to make it a welcoming, exciting community.
Not really a lot of active crime near here, it's pretty safe.
