If you're looking for a place to raise family, look elsewhere. No longer a safe and secure place to live. Burglaries have risen to outrages rates then ever before, gangs have infested the area, schools have gone from average to poor. When reviews by undercover realtors appear on websites stating this area is diverse, they use that to basically describe the area as section 8 and people who come in and destroy housing. Please review crime stats offered by Chicago police to get a better sense of the neighborhood before you move your family in and have them become innocent victims of violence that's increasing year after year.

I like how we all know each other. We greet people that walk past our street. It is a very friendly neighborhood. With this being said, I would want our neighborhood to be more clean. I do see trash on the ground a lot and I feel this needs to change.
The food around here is great. Police station nearby. Schools nearby. Only issue i would say is planes flying overhead since it's close to midway.
