Specifically in our neighborhood, there are more eating establishments, then office jobs. However large corporations are near by as well.

We have terrible winters, that are filled with cold and snow. During the summers, we tend to face flooding and serve thunderstorms with the occasional tornadoes.
There is some crime in the area, however it could be because we pretty close to downtown. There police is readily available when needed.
