I love wedgewood-houston! It's a 7-minute drive to downtown or 15 mins across the bridge to East. There are tons of art gallery's, coffee shops, and bars all within walking distance. I've lived in Green Hills and East Nashville, and WH is by far my favorite place I've lived here. There is tall-and-skinny development happening, unfortunately, but most streets that haven't been completely gentrified yet remain charming!
I purchased a home in WeHo In February 2019 and love it. Two miles or less to nearly everything Nashville has to offer. 8 minutes to the airport without traffic. Lots of great restaurants, bars etc all within walking distance or a super quick Lyft/Uber. You feel like you’re in the suburbs then within a few blocks you can see/feel the energy of downtown.
