Violetville Reviews

3
Violetville is definitely a gem in Baltimore City. It's a very family friendly community. We have probably the most enthusiastic Halloween in the area. There is an elementary and middle school within walking distance. It's got a great neighborhood park with a track, playground and our community association holdsevents throughout the year.

I have lived here for sixteen years. My home has more than doubled in value since I purchased it. We are a small enclave, tightly knit with a active neighborhood association.
I have no idea where Niche gets its crime stats for this area, but we do not have 3,000 murders or 14,000 burgleries per year.
I think they need to be cleaner and a little cheaper.
