There are a lot of really big companies in the area. So the general atmosphere is fairly busy all the time. I would choose to live here and I love the general feel for the area. Compared to the other places I have visited, Seattle is very clean and the people are generally very nice. In the future, I can see the surrounding areas to become more and more industrialized.

People tend to live in the area for a very long time unless circumstances arise. The community is very pet friendly, most people own pets from dogs to horses. There are no community events.
There is a very large distribution of wealth shown in this neighborhood from trailers to million dollar houses. It is very widespread.
