The town is beautiful and full of so much rich history. However, it's being over-ran by hipsters ad gentrifiers who are doing nothing but displacing people, driving up housing prices, and making it almost impossible for natives to stay in their homes.

The weather is not good. Rains often, when it's cold the south isn't built to properly deal with it.
A lot of local shops in the downtown area. Several big companies/shops/ restaurants as well.
