Upper Monroe Reviews
There's probably an average amount of crime for this type of neighborhood.
My area is a mixed bag. There are some pockets of great businesses and neighborhoods, and there is a strong support of local artists and theater. However, the school system is pretty awful, and poverty is high.
The area seems safe, it's well kept and the neighbors are nice.
Most stores are decent. There are little American owned stores in area.
The job market is not that great. There are jobs out there but not too many people will hire someone right out of college. Most of the companies that have the jobs you want, would like 2-5 years of experience. The jobs that will take you are not quite related to the degree you have, and they don't pay you nearly what you would expect to make.
