I live in this neighborhood and its a good place for families to live in Houston, but I didn't know its the BEST neighborhood in the whole city. We have some pretty good schools here, pretty homes, a great university and some pretty friendly people as well. The homes can be pretty expensive though, and the whole city can get PAINFULLY humid during the summer. But overall this is a great place to live in.

I feel safe walking at night. Lots of people ride their bikes around. Great parks, close to everything, close to 3 major grocery stores. People are pretty friendly. The cops definitely are watching and protecting the area! Very diverse.
Great proximity to downtown and the Med Center, great schools. Has gotten very expensive but great neighborhood.
