Overall a very progressive, polite, and clean city. Main issues seem to be stemming from a high influx of visitors and people moving to the area because of its booming socioeconomic situation at the time.

There are 2 competing grocery stores within 2 blocks of my home. There aren't any department stores or home goods stores but there is an Ace Hardware within stumbling distance. There are a lot of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern restaurants around here.
In my immediate area, there aren't very many options unless you want to work in the service industry.
