Union Park Reviews
The food is great in this area. Absolutely fantastic, and comes in all varieties. The sheer amount of competition keeps prices low in most places. You can find a restaurant for any occasion from beer with friends to proposing within 3 miles of here. Nightlife is really pretty lame, though. A couple (2) college bars, and those are pretty far away. No other options unless you go downtown.
The area feels really safe, police are usually visible patrolling. My friend got mugged walking home from work late one night but it was really unexpected because of how safe the area usually is.
It's Minnesota, after all. If you come here expecting mild winters, you're in for a shock. Everything changes all the time, absolutely a wild climate. However, living here, you're licensed to complain about it loudly to anyone on the street. You'll also come to learn that 60 degrees in March is definitely shorts weather.
