Great neighborhood. I call it the 'village in the city'- we are so close to downtown and Buckhead but at the same time it really has this village feel: kids playing in the streets, people walking their dogs.
We also like it because it has people from all walks of life, we have old houses and new houses, old people and young people, families and singles...
We have great tree lined streets, a great park, shops and restaurants are in walking distance- its just a great place to live.
