Tower Triangle Reviews
I love this neighborhood! We've been here for 3 years and have never seen any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. The diversity is actually our favorite thing about Tower Triangle, and we haven't personally encountered anyone who would say that the diversity is tied to crime in the neighborhood. In our experience, it's been very peaceful, quiet, and friendly. I live around the corner from the park and have never seen any drugs being sold there. Homes are well kept, neighbors are lovely, and the value of our home has honestly skyrocketed. Love it.
I moved here from downtown Denver. I love living in this neighborhood. It's very quiet and feels private. Neighbors are very friendly. I live close to Terrace Park, a very nice little park with a playground for kids. It's a very dog-friendly neighborhood. I feel much safer living here than back when I used to live in downtown Denver. I have not seen a single homeless around here.
Spring, summer and fall are always the best seasons in Colorado. However, i do not like the cold so the winter is always bad.
