Tidewater/Young park is different from where my mother grew up. I have to say its growing but slowly. Alot has changed in the past 3 years. Therefore, making changes takes to grow and build.

I have lived out tidewater park going on 4 years it is an ok neighborhood I don't plan on living out here the rest of my life I just don't feel as if it is a safe environment for my children but it is ok for a start if you are living on your own for the first time and it is income based so that is a plus
