Thompson Reviews

Our area is known to be a safe neighborhood; however, areas which are considered bad are not too far from here. Police responded very quickly when I reported a suspicious person in the past. Our neighbors are looking out for each other, so I feel somewhat ease in this neighborhood.

I would choose to live where I live now again if I am to start over. It is a quiet neighborhoods and has small town atmosphere. It truly feels like a home where I can rewind and relax. It is a smaller city compared to the surrounding cities, so it is not congested. The house prices are reasonable compared to cities near the beaches.
My overall experience in this community has always been fearful due to the danger levels of crime and corruption in the city. It happens to be one of the two cities that have gone bankrupt in America. When I go back to Irvine, CA for university the differences can be seen greatly with roads, crime, etc. Personally, what I see in San Bernardino for the future is the same due to the type of place its always been.
