The view of New York City from here are great! Central Avenue is also full of restaurants, parks, and shops. I have lived there for most of my life, and I absolutely love it.

"Dense-urban" neighborhood with a suburban feel. Plenty of new restaurants, bars, retailers etc have moved in here this year. Great walkability and very safe at all hours.
Developers are coming in and building luxury condos and large apartment buildings. Definitely a sign of growth. I love living here.
An improving neighborhood that combines peaceful lifestyle and comfortable commute to NYC. Have been a resident since 1998 and especially over the last 10 years the changes we have seen are astonishing: More businesses are opening, lots of young highly educated business-oriented people are moving in and overall it has been evolved as a great environment to live in!
