St. Johns Reviews
St.johns has a lot of locally owned businesses and is overall a very laid back fun town. Since it’s not extremely large, you get to familiarize yourself with a lot of the people in the town which is really sweet. There’s also many beautiful parks around!
St. John's is a great little neighborhood in north Portland. There is a great food, music and entertainment scene. One thing that is very unique about St. John's is the support for our local businesses, many places in the neighborhood are family owned and operated and it creates a homey feel. Everything is extremely accessible and there is lots to do! From Cathedral Park under the St. John's bridge to catching a movie at the local theater or attending one of the many delicious restaurants and food carts in the area.
Great location, no need to go outside of St. Johns to get all your needs. It has great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and food trucks. Good community with a lot of diversity, something that most of Portland lacks. Overall good place to live, just be sure to lock your car and don't ever leave anything of value in there. Unfortunately it is still Portland it still has its Portland things such as homelessness and drug use, so do yourself a favor and don't set yourself up for a broken window and a bad morning.
