Insulated neighborhood with well-being maintained winding sidewalks, perfect for kids. Houses are typically old and small but on large lots, leaving room for additions or compete rebuilds, or simply minimalist lifestyle. Great elementary, middle, high school, park, beach, upscale shopping/dining, etc. all walkable or 5 min drive away. Ocean breeze everyday, even see seagulls flying overhead. Curious to see how this neighborhood may change in the next decade!
The community is very caring between each other and many have been on the lookout towards each other. There is a few things that needs to be improved, which include public safety and crime prevention.
Glad my family moved here. If I didn't want a completely fresh start after college I would move my family here, but otherwise my goal is to live somewhere else but to have the same type of feel my city has. Definitely love the four years I have lived here compared to the 14 in another neighboring city.
